Since the EU referendum result was announced there have been alarming reports of increases in the number of hate crimes taking place in Britain. As your local Labour councillors in Crouch End we totally condemn such hate crimes.
That’s why we’re happy to promote the event organised by Hope Not Hate which is taking place at 6 pm at Hornsey Vale Community Centre, 60 Mayfield Road, N8 9LP this Thursday 21st July. You can register to attend on this page:

At our meeting on the EU referendum results with Catherine West MP a couple of weeks ago, many people were concerned about how we counter increased racism in Crouch End.
So please come along this Thursday and spread the word.
Finally, we spent three hours this weekend out on Hornsey Town Hall green spreading the word that the Town Hall Green is and will always be a public space. If you want to read more about what’s going on with Hornsey Town Hall as well as what we’ve been up over the last two years you can read our half-term report here.
Thanks for reading and as always, if there any local issues you want help with or you’d like to discuss, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us (you can get our contact details by clicking our names below).
